“A Summer In Montlu” from June to September 2025

Summer is just around the corner… and Montluçon has prepared an eventful season for you.
Concerts, shows, entertainment, sport, culture… the town is getting into the rhythm of summer to bring you some great times.

Here’s a taste of what’s in store:
𝐅𝐞̂𝐭𝐞 𝐝𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐞, 5 July: demonstrations, entertainment & music in the medieval city.
𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐞𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐬: from 5 July to 3 August, sports village on the banks of the Cher with numerous events and outdoor activities.
𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞́𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐋𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐞̀𝐫𝐞𝐬: from 30 August to 21 September, light show and dynamic projections on the facades of the Mupop, as well as Notre-Dame Church.

And much more besides: Festival Jazz au Fil du Cher, water show on the banks of the Cher on August 1, 14 July celebrations, exhibitions…etc.

Remp’Arts Festival – 2025 edition
From 22 to 31 July 2025

Remp’Arts is an open-air theatre festival organised by the Communauté de Communes du Val de Cher on remarkable heritage sites that are usually closed to the general public.

It’s a not-to-be-missed event for all lovers of theatre and the performing arts!

This year, the festival will be held from 22 to 31 July 2025 inclusive, with breathtaking shows spread over 4 evenings that promise to be a feast for the eyes and ears of all spectators.

The Communauté de Communes du Val de Cher is proud to present this new edition of the Remp’Arts festival, which celebrates the richness of the region’s culture. Whether you’re a fan of song, theatre or contemporary performance, you’re sure to find a show to capture your attention and imagination.

The “Un été dans mon village” festival has been bringing live performances, concerts and more to the villages of Montluçonnais for the past 15 years.

For the 16th edition of the festival, which will run from 25 to 31 August 2025 inclusive, a dense and varied programme awaits you, with exhibitions, theatre, circus, dance, concerts and other shows and artistic performances, sometimes full of humour, to delight young and old alike!

The festival caravan will criss-cross the villages of La Petite Marche, Marcillat en Combraille, Sainte-Thérence, Teillet-Argenty, Lignerolles, with an eclectic programme full of surprises… etc.
