The Delight Garden

Benoît Larose

Over the years, Benoît Larose has forged a reputation of the most enviable by proposing a restoration of quality, while preserving a taste for the products resulting from our soil, which it knew reinvented and sublimated.
His establishment, well known by the Montluçonnais, has asserted itself over the years, and remains a safe and respected value in an often competitive and delicate context.
Very attached to his region, he has never stopped, with experience, to question himself and adapt to the evolutions of a clientele always more eager for novelties.

The interview

What dish gives you the most pleasure to cook?

All of them! I don’t really have a preference…
Cooking in general makes me happy.

What dish could you absolutely not eat?

Uh…Oddly enough, none!

Do you have a special memory or anecdote in the kitchen to share with us?

An unforgettable culinary memory…A real Breton lobster SO GOOD!

If you were a sweet dish, you would be:

A real rum baba.

If you were a savory dish, you would be:

A grilled Red mullet with oil from Baux de Provence. Huum…!!

If you were a hashtag, you’d be:
