There are two ways for you to make the most of the magnificent scenery
of the Cher Gorges, a Natura 2000 site:

THE VIA FERRATA AND THE CLIMBING ROCK at Lignerolles.
Located 10 km from Montluçon within the Gorges du Haut Cher Natura 2000 area, the via ferrata offers an experience similar to rock climbing
as you climb higher. Pathways carved directly into the cliff face
allow you to make your way using rungs fixed
directly into the rock.
A safety line ensures your safety throughout the activity.
Some routes are suitable for children aged 6 and over.

The Lignerolles crag, meanwhile, is a very well-equipped climbing site, ideal for beginners or for training even the most experienced climbers:
80 routes ranging from grade 3 to 8b.
Please note that both these activities can be undertaken entirely independently
and that you’ll need to bring your own equipment.
